About me
Kim Dacek, APRN, FNP-C (she/her) works with the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program and Perinatal Quality Collaborative Vermont on Perinatal Community Outreach Projects. A nurse practitioner since 2014, Kim has worked across diverse clinical settings. Her work is dedicated to improving health outcomes for birthing parents, infants, and families through the integration of evidence-based practices, community engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
