Julia Harrison, MPH (she/her) is a Program Manager within the Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use Programs. She has worked with the Preferred Provider Network for over five years and has coordinated the technical assistance provided by the Vermont Center on Behavior and Health to support the PPN in implementing Contingency Management within their practices.
