Join us for a morning movement activity! Get a jump on Day Two with a walk or run (moderately paced) with other conference attendees. We will meet at 6am, stretch from 6-6:15am, and return to the venue at 6:45 for 15 minutes of a cool down/stretch. This activity will depend on the weather. If it looks like it's going to be rainy, we will notify registrants the night before.
